MEDICAL HELP
Although PK is done with proper practice there might b some people who cannot withstand their adrenaline and jump off a 15 feet wall without any prior jumpin knowledge..
Or there can be an accident leeding 2 some minor injuries.....like bruises,blisters,runners knee injury,sprained ankles,jumpers knee injuries,calf muscles,fractures,muscle or bone strains.....There are precautions 2 b followed which i'll deal later n the medical help can b aquired from the below website:-

PRECAUTIONS
Athough i encourage you all to do PK I never advice you 2 do it 2 impress people......Never try 2 be da best bcos PK skills cannot b built overnight.....U need 2 practice practice practice...........Instead try 2 be better....Push yourself to the next level everytime you do....Some precautions while doing PK:-
DISMOUNT:- While dropping urself off the heights(dismount) u need 2 jump a little high tucking your knees into your chest and while about to land stretch your legs but not completely and land on your
toe first,then your feet and then bend your knees 2 come into sitting position while alternatingly clapping your hands to absorb the impact....
JUMP AND RUN:-While jumping you follow the same proceedure but you should not sit completely and knees arent bent more than 90degrees......clap ur hands to push urself 4ward and come into running position
SAME THING 4 jump roll...U do not bend more than 90degrres after jumping.....carry urself 2 roll after jump...
These are the few mistakes every1 do and the rest can be done as directed...
